SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase shopping experience with World Explorers! Our products are designed to last and made with love and care.

 

Domestic Shipping 

 

We ship within 3-5 business days of receiving your order, although it is often sooner. Orders during sale periods may take up to 7 days to ship.

 

International Shipping

 

The time estimated by the shipping carrier does not account for time a package may spend in clearing customs on arrival in the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient which are collected at the time of delivery. Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and beyond our control. We are not able to estimate these fees as they vary from country to country. The best way to calculate the costs is by contacting your local carrier office. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning any international item/s. 

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

 

We are not responsible for packages that become lost or delayed in transit. It is the responsibility of the receiver to locate packages. We will, however, do everything we can to assist you. Please email us at  info@explorerkids.us if you require assistance with your purchase. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

We accept returns on unworn/unused merchandise within a seven (14) day time period from date of delivery. Please contact us at info@explorerkids.us stating the reason for your return. For any questions or concerns, we will do everything possible to rectify the issue. Refunds for returns, once received, may take up to seven (7) days to process.
